Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Beniamin Kuzin, GBS Method, Monestraße 17, 76669 Bad Schönborn, Germany, Phone: +49 151 53409630, Email: beniamin@gbsmethod.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of cancellation online on the website at https://gbsmethod.com/en/withdrawal. If you use this online function, you will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your cancellation of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. For a course with 12 live sessions, the appropriate amount corresponds to the proportion of sessions already held out of the total of 12 sessions.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and we only began performing the service after you have given your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation upon complete performance of the contract by us.
